Shipping Fees

UK Next Working Day Delivery: £5.95 (£3.95 when you spend over £75.00, Free when you spend over £150.00)
DPD Local 24 hour delivery - order before 3pm Monday - Thursday for next day delivery
Please note delivery times may vary depending on bank holidays.

Shipping Terms

Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 3:00pm. Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the following working day. If you put your mobile number on your order, then our courier will text you the 1-2 hour time slot for your delivery. You will also be able to re-arrange your delivery if you’d prefer a different delivery date.

All orders need to go through security checks before being dispatched, so please note that some orders may be held for 24/48 hours to undergo additional security checks. Pritchards reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if the security checks are failed. You may also be asked to produce additional information to confirm your address or identity.
