Shipping Fees

UK 48hr Delivery: £2.95
Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Delivery - order before 2:00pm Monday - Friday for same-day dispatch

UK Express Delivery: £4.95
DPD Local delivery - order before 2:00pm Monday - Friday for same-day dispatch

Please note delivery times may vary depending on bank holidays.
During any promotion, our delivery services are not discounted.

Shipping Terms

Our cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 2:00pm. Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the following day. If you put your mobile number on your order, our courier will text you the time slot for your delivery. You can also re-arrange your delivery if you’d prefer a different delivery date.

All orders need to go through security checks before being dispatched, so please note that some orders may be held for 24/48 hours to undergo additional security checks. Pritchards reserves the right to cancel an order at any time if the security checks fail. You may also be asked to produce additional information to confirm your address or identity.
