Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 3pm. If you place an order before 3pm Monday to Thursday, then you will receive your order the following day. Ordered placed before 3pm Friday will arrive on Monday, unless Saturday delivery is selected. Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the following working day. If you put your mobile number on your order, then our courier will text you the 1 hour time slot for your delivery. You will also be able to re-arrange your delivery by text if you’d prefer a different delivery date.
Missed our 3:00pm cut off time but need your order for the following day? Call us (01432 232346) and we’ll see what we can do. Our courier collects from us at 4:00pm, so we may be able to dispatch your order in time.
European orders will be shipped by DPD express delivery. This service typically takes 1-3 working days to arrive depending on your location. Order before 3pm GMT Monday to Friday for same day shipment with comprehensive tracking. Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the following working day. All European orders will need to have a contact number included on the order, as our courier requires one before shipment can be made.
Worldwide orders will be shipped by TNT express delivery. This service typically takes 2-4 working days to arrive depending on your location. Order before 9am GMT Monday to Friday for same day shipment (International orders may be subject to additional checks which can delay the dispatch time.) with comprehensive tracking. Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the following working day.
Customers ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 20% VAT discount on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have given your delivery details.
All orders need to go through security checks before being dispatched, so please note that some orders may be held for 24/48 hours to undergo additional security checks. Pritchards reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if the security checks are failed. You may also be asked to produce additional information to confirm your address or identity.
The UK has a free trade agreement (FTA) with South Korea and we will include an FTA document with all orders going to South Korea.
Our Click and Collect service is completely free. When placing your order, simply select Click & Collect from the delivery methods in checkout and then expect your goods to be gift wrapped and ready to be picked up within 2 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends).
Please note Christmas returns are extended to end of January.
You're welcome to send any returns to us using a signed for royal mail service or an alternative courier. Please include the invoice, or your name and order number, so that we know who they are from.
You can return or exchange any goods bought from our website within 30 days (end of January for orders between November 25th - Christmas) from when you receive them.
