Orders placed by 3.00pm will be sent out the same day.

All items are shipped using APC Overnight couriers. We longer ship anything by Royal Mail as they have prooved to be too unreliable.

All orders require signing for as proof of delivery.
 
All UK orders of £99 or more qualify for FREE  delivery, otherwise a flat rate charge of £5 applies to the order. 99% of Mainland UK orders will arrive the next day.

If you require the order to be delivered on a Saturday a £15 delivery charge will apply on all orders.
 
If your item does not arrive within three working days of placing your order please contact us.

European & International Orders

International delivery times will vary depending on the country:
European orders should take between 7-10 working days.
The rest of the world please allow 10-14 days for delivery.

Our European delivery charge is £12.50 on single item orders. This charge varies according to the size of the and the location it is going to.
